\n \nWell, one of the Partners at this established CPA firm in Hollywood is planning to retire within the next 4 years, and they're looking for someone who could eventually take their place.
\n \nThe good news? You don't need to bring a book of business with you. The clients are already there, the firm is doing well and there's a genuine reason for bringing someone in now.
\n \nYou'll work closely with the existing Partners, gradually taking over client relationships and getting involved in the decisions that shape the firm. It's a smaller, close knit team where you're trusted to get on with your job, without layers of management or someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

\nAn experienced Senior Tax Manager who's technically strong, comfortable managing clients and enjoys helping more junior staff develop.
\n \nIdeally, you'll have experience across:
