To coordinate technical support operations and deliver exceptional client experiences, the full-time Remote Dispatcher will prioritize and route support tickets, manage technician schedules, and maintain client communications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate the efficient use of technical resources to support client needs and service-level objectives Prioritize incoming support tickets based on urgency and business impact while assigning them to appropriate technical resources Monitor ticket queues and provide clients with timely updates regarding support ticket status and scheduling Required qualifications Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience or a combination of relevant education and work experience Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment Experience with ticketing or IT service management platforms, preferably ConnectWise Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) and ticket triage processes Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
