Join us to make a tangible impact and advance your career in a global organization.Your main tasksManage general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany processesPrepare complex journal entries and perform account reconciliationsComplete required period-end closing activities and financial reporting in HFMInvestigate and resolve complex discrepancies found during account reconciliationsPerforming internal control checksSupport new R2R processes migrationProvide support to auditors and tax advisors throughout the audit processEnsure compliance with SOX, law regulations, internal policies and proceduresParticipate in regular team and business meetingsContribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiativesProvide support for junior team membersEnsure all targets are met by the deadlinesWhat your background should look likeBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPrior experience in General Ledger or Record to Report (R2R) functionsVery good command of the English (B2)Knowledge of ERPs (SAP or similar), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis toolsStrong analytical skillsProblem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approachStrong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work with deadlinesAbility to work in culturally diverse teamsABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
