We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys working with people, understands restaurant operations, and is committed to providing excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
● Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
● Lead, train, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff
● Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
● Manage labor costs, inventory, ordering, and waste
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
● Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
● Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily financial performance
● Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development
● Create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
● Lead by example and assist with all areas of restaurant operations when needed
Qualifications
● Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent customer-service skills
● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
● Ability to manage schedules, staffing, and operational priorities
● Must be reliable, professional, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
