Executive Assistant - temp to perm

Our client, a leading global management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a small team of high level executives based at their growing Tampa location.

THE ROLE

This is a highly visible role supporting three directors within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for complex calendar management, extensive travel coordination, expense management, meeting logistics, and a range of operational and project-based support.

Mon-Friday

On-site

8am-5pm

Flex for remote when needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, ideally in professional services, consulting, communications, finance, or another fast-paced corporate environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong experience with complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the confidence to take ownership
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Flexibility and adaptability in an environment that is not strictly 9-to-5

THE BENEFITS

• 35-40/hr rate + OT eligible
• Eligible for health benefits 1st of the month after 30 days
• Potential for perm for the right candidate
• Hybrid flexibility after training period
